This article will explain how to delete selected members, all live mode members, or all test mode members. Before going on, please understand that deleting a member cannot be undone.
1) Delete Selected Members
Follow these steps to delete one or more members.
- Go to your Memberstack dashboard.
- Click Members on the side menu.
- Check the box next to each member that you want to remove from the account.
Go to the top right corner of the page and click the red Delete button.
In the popup window:
- Enter the required number.
- Click Confirm Delete.
2) All Test Members
To save time, you can bulk delete all Test Mode members with a couple of clicks.
- Navigate to the Settings page > Danger zone > Delete all Test Mode Members.
- Click the scary red button.
- Confirm there's no going back by entering "delete TEST members".
- Click Delete.
- Please note that it may take several minutes if you are deleting thousands of members.
3) All Live Members
There is also a bulk delete tool for Live Mode members.
- Navigate to the Settings page > Danger zone > Delete all Live Mode Members.
- Click the scary red button.
- Confirm by entering "delete LIVE members".
- Click Proceed with Deletion.
- Please note that it may take several minutes if you are deleting thousands of members.
- Member data will not be deleted in Stripe.
That's it.
Now you know how to delete members.

what about for memberstack 1.0?
Nicole Mastrangelo this is not possible in Memberstack 1.0.
Is it possible to remove all members on a specific plan? I have a huge number of mostly inactive members who are on the default settings, and there is no need for them to have an account.
Hey Dominic, you can filter and then delete up to 100 at a time. https://www.loom.com/share/170c351bc4184e3ea82b7defbb51953a
