In general, refunds are typically only granted for charges made within the past 30 days. However, there may be exceptions made on a case-by-case basis. If you need to request a refund for a charge that is outside of the 30-day window, you can reach out to the Memberstack support team by submitting a Support Request and they will evaluate if an exception can be made.
