How can I find my invoice and billing history?

To find your invoices and billing history, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Memberstack app.
  2. Click on "Settings" in the left side navigation.
  3. Click on "Billing" in the Settings navigation.
  4. Click on "Manage Subscription" under the payment plans.
  5. Towards the bottom of the page, you will see your billing history.
  6. Look for a small arrow next to the date to find the invoice link.

Please note that Stripe invoices do expire. If you need invoices older than what shows, you can contact support for assistance by creating a Support Request here.
