⚠️ Important Note on Log Types

This article covers administrative logs (who accessed your Memberstack dashboard and what high-level changes they made to your app settings). These logs do track the specific admin's email and name.

If you are looking for logs of individual member actions (such as sign-ups, log-ins, or plan changes), please refer to the Event Log article. Note that member-level logs do not record which admin performed an action if triggered via the dashboard.

Both App Events and App Access Logs can be found on the Team Settings page.

1) Access Logs

This feature allows you to see who's accessing your app and when for better oversight. Data is stored for 2 weeks at a time.

The first row is the IP address, followed by the name, email, and hour in which there was activity on the account.

  • Stripe Connected
  • Stripe Disconnected
  • Custom Domain Updated
  • Admin Added
  • Admin Removed
  • Owner Changed
  • Live Members Deleted
  • Test Members Deleted
