What Can Be Translated

Error & Success Messages

These include:

  • Authentication errors: "Invalid email or password", "Account not found"
  • Password messages: "Password reset instructions sent", "Invalid reset code"
  • Account messages: "Email already in use", "Account successfully created"
  • Plan messages: "Plan added successfully", "Member limit reached"
  • Payment messages: "Payment failed", "Subscription updated"

SSO Hosted Login Pages

You can translate all text on:

  • Login page: Email/password fields, login button, "Forgot password?" link
  • Signup page: Registration form fields and buttons
  • Password reset: Reset request and new password forms
  • Social login: "Continue with Google/Facebook" buttons

Using Quick Load Languages

The Quick Load feature is the fastest way to implement translations:

  1. Select a language from the dropdown
  2. All fields instantly populate with translations
  3. A green checkmark appears confirming the language is loaded
  4. You can still customize individual translations after loading

Creating Custom Translations

For languages not in our Quick Load options:

  1. Leave "Quick load a language" blank
  2. Manually enter translations for each field
  3. The system will show "Custom translations detected"
  4. Save your changes

Best Practices

1. Test Your Translations

  • Use the preview pane to see how translations appear
  • Test the actual member experience in a private browser

2. Keep Translations Consistent

  • Use the same terminology across all messages
  • Match your brand's tone of voice

3. Consider Context

  • Some languages require more space than English
  • Test that translated text fits properly in buttons and forms

4. Update Regularly

  • Review translations when adding new features
  • Keep translations in sync with your main application
