How to Automate Mailchimp Signup, Membership, and Newsletter Workflows Answered
I currently have a waitlist of members, but I’d like to track when those members officially sign up so that a welcome email is automatically sent to them. In addition, I’d like to set up an automated “abandoned cart” email or a “canceled membership” email.
I’d also like to collect emails on the site through Mailchimp newsletter forms. Right now, I have a newsletter form on the site, but it’s only connected to my Gmail, so I’d like to integrate it with Mailchimp for better management.

You can configure welcome emails in Memberstack if you like. If you need to include images or update the styling then you can trigger emails to be sent when a member is created via Make.
You can also configure abandoned cart emails in memberstack.
I'm less familiar with Webflow + Mailchimp, but I'm seeing some good youtube videos after a google search
Hey Denise Cohen, by 'officially signup' if you mean that that's when users are gonna be added to Memberstack as members, you can enable 'Welcome Emails' functionality via Memberstack and its gonna handle it automatically for you.
Same goes for 'Abandoned Cart' email notifications as well, you have these set of email options available natively in Memberstack as well. For cancelled membership, you could create a workflow like this and integrate with your choice of email provider rather than sending slack notifications.
So you can integrate Make / Zapier to handle the automated mail flow whenever its not available natively in Memberstack and you could also setup campaigns in the mail service provider and add users to it based on the use-case trigger and that should send bulk emails to all those relevant via automation. Hope this helps.
