What data is backed-up and can it be recovered?

All data stored in Memberstack is regularly backed up and recoverable. 

However, please note that the backups are used exclusively for catastrophic events (i.e. the entire Database goes offline).

We are unable to pull specific data out of the backups for individual members, apps, etc.
