Some Webflow sites using Memberstack forms may experience a problem where users on physical Android devices with Chrome are unable to tap or submit the login button. This issue does not occur on iOS devices, desktop browsers, or Android Firefox.
Cause:
This behavior is caused by Webflow’s Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection feature. Specifically, when “Bots are being blocked” is enabled, it can conflict with the Memberstack form embed script on Android Chrome devices, preventing the form’s submit function from executing.
Workaround / Solution:
- In your Webflow project, go to Project Settings → Integrations → Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Locate the toggle “Bots are being blocked”.
- Turn this toggle off.
- Publish your site again.
⚠️ Only this toggle needs to be disabled. You can keep “Spam is being filtered” enabled if desired.

After doing this, Memberstack login forms should work correctly on Android Chrome.
Why This Happens:
The Memberstack embed relies on JavaScript event listeners to handle form submissions. When Cloudflare Turnstile’s bot protection is active, it may interfere with these events on certain Android Chrome setups, preventing the form from firing the submit action.
Recommendation:
If you want to retain spam protection while using Memberstack forms, consider:
- Using other anti-spam measures that do not block bots directly.
- Testing the site extensively on Android Chrome before enabling bot blocking.
