Hey,
Can I setup a notification to send me an email for any new member that signs up on a live site?

Hey Udi Menkes 👋 You’ll need to use Make, Zapier, or Webhooks to trigger an email when a member joins.

Got it. Do you have a tutorial for that?

On make its pretty much just 2 modules. Watch Added Member Plans -> filter for the specific paid plans you want to be notified about -> send an email (module)

Is there a way on a live site to give myself user credentials as if I was on paid without paying on Stripe?

    Hey Udi đź‘‹

You can create a free plan with the same permissions. Or you can sign up with a 100% off coupon (there are some instances where this will not work).

Hi, is there any options to receive email/notification when new users signup?

I'm running a website where anyone can sign up, but will need to be verified to be able to use. The verification is done by an admin, and it would be handy if he can be notified when there is a new signup.

you can do that with Make using the module “watch new members” and then a Email module for instance

I tried with Zapier, but seems like there may be an issue with Memberstack <> Zapier trigger. It doesn’t fire when new members are added

Oh that's indeed weird, I have been using Zapier for a client which integrates with Memberstack and was not able to notice such issue.

But nevertheless, if that's the case, you can try creating a zap with a Webhook as a trigger and directly connect Memberstack endpoint of member.created event to that webhook url. Hope this helps.

Do the form submissions usually show up for you in Webflow > Site Settings > Forms?

Hey Arthur Shim, no typically when we use a 3rd party app with the form or make it connected to a webhook, Webflow does not store it under Form submissions, which is a good thing since it means we are not exhausting the limited form submissions that we have on any webflow plan. Only native webflow forms which are not connected to anything else, is stored under webflow and is also counted in the max form submissions allowed for the site etc.
