How to enable the live toggle for Memberstack with Super.so and Notion? Answered
Hey everyone, currently looking to integrate Memberstack with super.so and Notion.
Running into problems getting it all set up.
I installed the App as 'Other' on my initial set up and now I can not set it to Live. I am not sure if that was the correct thing to do, as when I create a new app and use webflow, i can see the toggle straight away. I have a paid plan.
So Super.so acts as a wrapper for notion that my students see, Memberstack is the gate keeper to it. I was hoping it would be a painless build but obviously something I am doing is causing some issues.
Hopefully, a simple point in the right direction for a pro as i have been at it all day!

Hey David Buckley,
I came across this thread looking for similar use-case.
If Super allows you to add custom code in the head tag, have you tried pasting the custom script code that you get for Webflow? Does that work in that case? 🤔
Yup, I have read this too.
I have - i believe - followed everything as possible (DNS set up, scripting etc, paid account, vanilla script) and still not working.
Thank you though. From what I gather on the internet apparently loads of people do this but yet not much documentaiton for implementing it or troubleshooting.
Ray said it needs to be sorted Server side?
I was wondering because I said to build it on another platform is that the issue?
But to delete the app i have to delete my subscription first
and my website physicspathway.com
the first website seems to be loading Memberstack. Are you not able to login to an existing account on the site?
No, it says it still in test mode.
I have a video.
I also don't think i should be able to click off the modal and then access the site. I think this may be due to the fact it is in test mode.
Ray said it needed to be actioned by a engineer on your servers? Not sure how accurate that is.
can you share a screenshot of the application domain settings in Memberstack dashboard where you have set this site to be in live mode?
(an example screenshot below).
Oh, I am guessing you are not able to see the settings as shown in the screenshot below.
You can fix this by heading to 'Install Code' in the settings tab, Select 'Webflow' and click 'Set as default'.
Click on 'Add app domain' and mention the site link where you want memberstack to load in Live Mode for and let me know if it works
This should show you the application domain settings in the 'Application' settings and you can ensure that the domain is set to live mode with and without 'www' prefix.
Bizzare that it is not there when i load the page first, but when i try and put the domain back in it says it is connected
Have you linked this site in other Memberstack app (probably the one you created for testing this test mode / live mode use-case)?
If yes, you can remove it from there and only have the domains linked here in the actual app.
Here's a guide on it as well.
No, i have only made one app.
and used my.physics at one website.
I didn't get the error first time round. I thought when i load up the application tab, i should see my.physicspathway.com like i saw on your screenshot but it wasn't there.
So i typed it back in and presented with that error code. I thought you might find it useful to see it
Something change as it is not saying test anymore!
Okay that's great.
Are you able to create a new live account probably (via the site if you have that setup / dashboard) and test login in live mode freshly?
I have an account there
i just don't think i have set the redirect up
however, i do not get the test mode, or invalid user.
It just refreshes the login
Should I be able to click off the modal and be able to interact with the site?
Boom i am in!
Okay, you probably can take a look at redirect settings and see if the login redirect is set to a gated content page and if the user account you are using has proper access to it etc.
Great! 🥳
OMG
thank you!
you were incredibly patient. I appreciate it
