How to add a custom feedback form before membership cancellation? Answered
Subject: Custom Feedback Flow Before Membership Cancellation
Hey team — quick question:
We’d love to add a feedback step before a user cancels their membership. Ideally, when someone clicks “Cancel Membership” on their Memberstack profile (embedded via Webflow), instead of instantly cancelling, they’d first see a short form (e.g. “Why are you leaving?”), then proceed to Stripe or the actual cancellation flow.
Is there a way to insert a custom step like this before the cancellation is triggered? Or would this require a manual workaround (e.g. using Make to intercept cancellation and trigger a form via Tally or Typeform)?
