Currently a member is mapped to the wrong stripe customer ID. Any way to edit the stripe customer ID manually?

    Hey Michelle You, I am not sure if there is a way to manually edit the stripe customer ID from the Memberstack dashboard, but you can try exporting the users (to have a backup) and remove the specific user you want to change the stripe customer ID for in Memberstack and then import that specific user alone by modifying the CSV and ensuring you change the stripe customer ID in that CSV to import it to memberstack. This is the guide that you can follow to import the member in Memberstack with the required fields. Hope this helps.

    I've tried that already, but import keeps failing with the following message A J

    Michelle You, it seems the user you are trying to update exists in the memberstack dashboard, can you double-check if you have deleted that specific member from the dashboard and are only importing that one user via the CSV?
