How to troubleshoot passcode delivery issues with iCloud and Apple Login integration? Answered
Why certain users with Icloud etc are not getting passcodes. But I don’t think this was an isolated incident. It feels like it’s consistently certain emails that have the problem. For example when I test with mine, a gmail business email, it ALWAYS works and is lightning fast - practically instantaneous. Other users simply don’t get a passcode and are trying over a number of different days. I had thought that it was connected to our domain itself but actually these come directly from notification@member-notifications.com - not our domain. Is there anything we need to be doing to whitelist this in relation to our domain? FYI our domain is charlesdowding.co.uk

Hey Steve, have you setup a custom email with Memberstack? If not, I highly recommend doing that.

Is there anyway to add Apple Login? That is an extremely important feature.
I believe it’s not possible since Apple makes you add server files
TBH I’m not 1000% sure - but I believe it’s a similar situation to Microsoft auth. Webflow announced support for well-known files which I think might help!
