Thanks for reaching out! We only have these emails set up in Memberstack, however you could probably set something up with Stripe or Zapier.
If you feel Stripe is not sufficient for your needs, I would store those Membership dates in a separate database like Sheets, and use Zapier to check for dates and then run your Zap to send an email earlier.

You could either user Zapier’s delay, or store the dates after the user has paid for the subscription and to add the dates to something like Airtable and to have it fire the dates and times you need. Up to you what flow works better for you. There’s probably other quicker ways to do it as well 😀

Hi David, I recommend using Stripes built in renewal feature.
You can find it by going to stripe -> settings -> Subscriptions and emails
I want to send the email reminder 2 weeks and 24 hours before the membership renewal date
