[Shipped] Send Email when Monthly Payment Fails. No response after several attempts = account deletion Completed

1) The problem → When my customer has been paying for their membership for months and their payment is denied for a month, I want automatic emails to be sent out letting them know. When there have been several attempts to reach my customer to no success, I want their account automatically cancelled.
2) Why is this important → As a website and business owner, I would like to have more control over my platform and have it behave in a manner that fits my business needs.
3) What's your plan B → N/A
4) Possible solutions we could build for you → A native or third-party no-code solution that will cover my use-case for automatically reaching out to customers who have been denied an authorized payment. If this customer either does not respond or resubscribe, I want their account to be cancelled after a set period of time of my choosing.
