Is there a built-in migration process, or do you offer assistance in migrating from a competitor to Memberstack?

Memberstack does not have a built-in migration process, but if you can export your data from a competitor as CSV, we have a feature where you can import the data to Memberstack. You may have to read our migration article here to learn more. However, if we have the bandwidth at the time we can offer assistance in the process as well.
