How to fix MemberStack plans not appearing in Stripe customer portal?

Hello- We have new subscribers through memberstack and we see them in stripe as customers (with their subscription tier). The tiers, however, do not show up in the customer portal. Now our subscribers cannot switch plans. When we use the ms-data-price attribute + tier price ID, it only shows your current subscription with no option to upgrade or downgrade. We have enabled the "switch plans" toggle in Stripe, but still no change. Am I supposed to manually add our Memberstack subscriptions to Stripe so that they show up in the product catalog?

Hi Kei 👋 In order for a member to upgrade or downgrade to a new plan, they will actually need to click on a link or button on your site with a data-ms-price:update attribute. This will launch Stripe and give the member the choice to stay with the current plan or to change to the new plan they selected.

If having a custom upgrade table on your site isn't a valid option, please let me know. I will talk to the development team and see if we are able to enable this functionality within Stripe. However, I do remember when we first built this out, we decided not to because of some limitations that we encountered from Stripe's side.
