How to bulk delete inactive users from MemberStack after X months of inactivity? Answered
Hi,
We have a large number of inactive users (no login/activity for a long time) that are inflating our user count and pushing us to higher pricing tiers.
Is there a way to automatically remove users inactive for X months, or any recommended way to clean the database (filtering / bulk deletion)?

Have you enabled such memberscript to track login history? If yes, you could use that information to track inactive users.
If not, you could have a workflow via Make / Zapier to fetch the list of members and you should be able to see 'Last Login' information via which you can filter the inactive users for a long time and delete them via the automation. You could set this workflow to have a check periodically and possibly send them an email nudging them to use your platform or they might risk losing their account etc.
