Hi everyone,
I am working on a project where we manage real estate-related data such as property details, layouts, and 3D apartment visualizations, and provide access to this information through a membership-based system.
For example, while reviewing projects like Experion Windchants, I noticed that there is a need to restrict and organize different types of data (like floor plans, images, and design details) based on user roles or subscription levels.
I am currently exploring how to structure this within Memberstack, but facing some confusion around:
- Best way to organize structured data (property details + media assets)
- Managing access control for different user plans
- Handling larger datasets (including 3D images) efficiently
Would love to know how others are approaching similar use cases or if there are recommended best practices for this type of setup.

Hello Jixcy 👋🏼
Thank you for reaching out. You've come to the right place.
I'll do my best to clear your confusion.
So Memberstack can hide pages, or specific elements in our Gated Content section. You can read about it more here: https://docs.memberstack.com/hc/en-us/articles/7402927868443-Gated-Content
Using our dashboard, you can set up which plans has access to which Gated Content by toggling it on on the Plans Tab.
Please note though, we can't store large datasets like 3D images. However you can use something like AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage. You may need to research further here for what works best for you.
If the large dataset uses a link, you can completely hide the link in our Hosted Content: https://docs.memberstack.com/hc/en-us/articles/15074205669403-Hosted-Content
Let us know what questions you might have once you read the links or any new questions 😁
