How to access Community moderation features when dashboard pages fail to load in Memberstack?

Hi Memberstack team,

We’re currently using the Community comments feature in our project. The frontend commenting system is working correctly — users are able to post and view comments without any issues.

However, we’re facing a problem with the Community admin/moderation pages in the dashboard.

When trying to access the following sections:

• Published
• Hidden
• Spam

The pages are not loading properly and sometimes return a “Page Not Found” error or fail to display any data.

We’ve already tried:

• Accessing via the dashboard (not direct URL)
• Refreshing the page and clearing cache
• Testing in incognito mode and different browsers

But the issue still persists.

Because of this, we’re currently unable to manage or control comment visibility (publish/hide/spam) from the dashboard.

Could you please confirm:

1. Is this a known issue with the Community feature?
2. Are these moderation pages still supported and maintained?
3. Is there any recommended workaround or fix?

At the moment, we are exploring a custom solution using Supabase to manage comments on our side, but we would prefer to understand the intended behavior of Memberstack’s Community system.
