How to keep plan IDs consistent between the plan section and URL in your code?

Why not the same Id in the plan section and in the url ????? 

ex : prc_business-logic- in the plan & pln_business-logic in the url , wasting time coding for hours with the wrong ID or not the good one obvsiouly
