I’m trying to create a new plan called “basic” in Memberstack, but I keep getting an “Error creating plan” message when I click Create Plan. I’ve tried refreshing and re-entering the details, but the issue persists. Could you please help me resolve this?

Team Dev Are you still having this issue? I recommend starting a ticket with support. This sounds like a problem we won't be able to fix without access to the Memberstack codebase. https://docs.memberstack.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
