How do I set up automatic package downgrade from premium to basic when a member cancels?
Hey there, I have the following issue with packages once members buy a premium package:
I have a basic (free) package with limited access and a Premium package (free trial then paid)
Members who sign up directly through the Premium package (without passing through the basic one) and then can't access the content from Basic package anymore and they get stack because they don't belong nor to basic nor to premium, but yet they are can log in.
Is there a way to assign a package (in this case the basic) to any premium who cancels?

Hey Luca De Angelis,
You can probably setup a Plan Logic such that when premium plan is cancelled add the basic free plan and it should work for your use-case.
