[Wishlist] Adding hCaptcha support to passwordless signup forms for bot protection

The Problem
Passwordless signup forms currently don’t support hCaptcha. This leaves the form more vulnerable to bot signups compared to other authentication methods that already include captcha protection.

Why It's Important
Without hCaptcha, passwordless signups can be abused by automated scripts. This creates unnecessary risk and noise in our member database. Adding hCaptcha would keep the passwordless flow secure and consistent with other signup methods.

Suggested Solutions
The simplest approach would be to allow hCaptcha to be toggled on for passwordless signup the same way it works for traditional email and password forms. Exposing a built in hCaptcha option in the passwordless flow would solve the issue cleanly.
