How to set up a custom member domain on Memberstack to fix SSL certificate errors when upgrading from starter?
unsure if i'm losing my mind so help would be greatly appreciated... are custom member facing domains available only to business & pro plans?
Running into constant "This site can’t provide a secure connection/ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR from the memberstack-client domain the moment i switched from the starter MS code. i assumed memberstack wasn't issuing a certificate because of the plan but now i am clueless. Can't seem to get around the issue. I need to switch to using a custom domain for cross-platform logins. Thanks for the response.

Hi Adam, it's also available to customers on the Basic plan.
Kindly follow the steps in this article. Once you're done, you may also want to allow 24 - 48hrs for the DNS to propagate.
