[Wishlist] Support Separate Billing & Shipping Addresses for Subscriptions

The Problem
Currently, Memberstack’s Stripe Checkout only allows a billing address per customer. For subscription services delivering physical products, some customers have different billing and shipping addresses. There’s no built-in way to capture and manage this distinction.

Why It's Important
Many subscription businesses need to ship products to an address that differs from the billing address. Without this functionality, it’s harder to provide a seamless experience for customers, and admins may need to manually adjust addresses for fulfillment.

What Have You Tried?
Using Memberstack Stripe settings captures the billing address, but it does not allow a separate shipping address. Custom signup forms could collect it, but it’s not integrated directly with the checkout flow.

Suggested Solutions

  • Enable a separate shipping address component during checkout.

  • Allow shipping addresses collected in Memberstack custom fields to be passed to Stripe for fulfillment.

  • Optionally, let customers manage billing vs. shipping addresses from their Memberstack account dashboard.

    Thank you for sharing this feedback! We don't currently have plans to optimize Memberstack for physical products, but we will update this thread if/when we do. 

    In the meantime, I recommend checking out Subbly. They have tons of e-commerce features including physical shipping.
