How to resolve missing admin settings access despite having granted admin rights?

I was granted admin rights to an app, but I don’t see all the settings I would normally have on my own app. Could this be a bug? I used to have access to all the settings, but now I don’t see any.

    Oh I see, it looks like you were giving "read only" permissions. Which is why your view is so limited. I can change your role, but probably best if you ask the current site admin to do that for you.

    They should select "Admin."

    Ok I will ask the client if he added me as admin.

    Another observation: I noticed I had admin rights this morning, but after I tried creating a new plan, it looks like my rights were reverted.

    I don't see where anyone changed your admin status in the app logs, but as of right now you only have the "Edit Members" permission 🤔

    We will do some more investigating, but the best solution for you now will be to have the app owner change your permissions via the dashboard. Sorry for the unexpected blocker!
