[Wishlist] Adding API endpoints for programmatic webhook creation and deletion in Memberstack integrations

The Problem
Currently, Memberstack does not provide API endpoints to create or delete webhooks. This limits our ability to fully integrate Memberstack with workflow automation platforms like viaSocket, where instant triggers rely on dynamic webhook management.

Why It's Important
Having the ability to programmatically manage webhooks is essential for seamless integration. Without this, automation platforms cannot respond instantly to events, reducing efficiency and making integrations harder to maintain.

What Have You Tried?
We are limited to using the existing webhooks that must be manually configured in Memberstack. While static webhooks work in some cases, they cannot support scalable, dynamic workflows that require creating or revoking webhooks on demand.

Suggested Solutions

• Add an API endpoint to create webhooks programmatically.

• Add an API endpoint to delete webhooks programmatically.

• Optionally, provide a list webhooks endpoint to manage existing hooks efficiently.
