How to fix access denied page not showing up for paid plan gated content? Answered
Hey. I have an access denied page for my paid plan that I want users to reach when they click gated content. But it doesn't want to show up for some reason. Just getting the message that the page doesn't exist. Any ideas?
It works when I set it to be the same access denied page as I use for my free plans for some reason.

Hey Simon Sjödin, can you double check if the access denied url for the paid plan in Memberstack gated content settings is the right one? Maybe there is some small mistake in the slug in the settings. Or make sure you have published the site recently which has this paid plan access denied page saved and published.
If you have double-checked it, and don't find any discrepancy there, could you share the site so that I can test it out to troubleshoot it in a better manner?
I got it to work. I moved the page out of the "member" folder, and then the re-direct worked. Really odd.
Here was the folder name if you were interested.
Site is: www.chagi.se
Simon Sjödin, great to know. If you want to keep the page in a folder, make sure you add 'member/' as part of the slug that you save in the access denied page settings of the paid plan. Anything after the domain should be saved in the access denied settings.
For example, if the redirect page is supposed to be 'website.com/access-denied', you just input 'access-denied' in the settings. But if its gonna be 'website.com/member/access-denied', you need to input 'member/access-denied' for it to work. Hope this helps in future.
I did 🙂 And it is working for my other access denied page for the free plan which is under /member.
Anyways I got it to work luckily. Thanks!
