How to work around Memberstack's 'one active team' restriction to let users subscribe to multiple paid plans on Webflow?

Hi everyone! I'm using Memberstack on Webflow with multiple paid plans. Each plan includes multiple seats for a team. Some plans are linked to a single CMS collection, and users should be able to purchase additional plans later.

However, I’m getting the error: "You can only have one active team." It seems users can't have multiple active plans, which prevents them from subscribing to multiple plans. Has anyone faced this issue before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Hey Guilian Prudent, it seems Team accounts feature is not available for multiple purchase for the same account holder yet. While you can create a wishlist item or reach out in #team-accounts-temp additionally explaining your use-case and why this feature would help your project. Memberstack team might be able to consider the use-case and suggest some solution / alternative.

I believe for the time being, you might have to explore offering users different team plan accounts or upgrade options which gives them multiple content access rather than each team account offering individual content so that they can change their team plan accordingly to receive the benefits.

Thank you so much A J for your response! We already offer scalable options with all our content in one plan. The goal of adding content one by one is to allow our clients to choose one or two specific pieces of content instead of a full package.
No worries, we’ll look into alternative solutions for now. If this feature becomes available in the future, we might revisit it!

Welcome Guilian Prudent 😇Found this suggestion from the Memberstack team to enable one user manage multiple team accounts, linking it to see if it helps you in any way.
