No access to account after upgrading from a a monthly subscription (SEPA direct debit) to an annual subscription
Some customers had a monthly subscription (SEPA direct debit) and upgraded to an annual subscription. The result is that they have no access to their account. The problem seems to only occur with the SEPA direct debit procedure. Does anybody have any idea what's going wrong or what needs to be configured to prevent this from happening?
