    Duncan, you gave me my discount code yesterday but I can not get in or go through a process to apply it to my membership.  

    I am Larry Greene, Navigating Our Future, larry@navigatingourfuture.org.  Is there a way someone can walk me through the process while we are in chat or on the phone?

    Chukwudi here, stepping in for Duncan. Here’s how you can apply a discount code to your membership:

    1. Log in to your Memberstack account: Ensure you're logged in with the email associated with your membership.

    2. Navigate to the Settings Page: Click on the 'Billing' submenu, then click the "Activate" button for any memberships you want to apply the discount to (if it’s your first time), or click the "Manage Billing" button if you already have an active membership.

    3. Enter the Discount Code: During checkout, there should be an option to enter your promotion code. Look for a field labeled "Add a Promotion Code."

    4. Complete the Checkout: After entering the code, verify that the discount has been applied before finalizing your payment.
