How to filter results by plan ID when syncing Webflow, Memberstack, and Airtable in Make.com? Answered

Hey team, I need your help here. I'm using Make.com to synchronize between Webflow, Memberstack and Airtable. The problem I retrieve the plan ID from the member correctly in "Get a Member" module, but can't use it in the next step as a filter. Do you know what I am doing wrong?

Hey Rubén Alejos Dasilva, in this case you can add a module in between like 'Set Variable' and use the formula as shown below in the screenshot.

It should give you a list of plan IDs if there are multiple plans associated with the user as well (output shown in screenshot). Feel free to modify how you want the plan IDs to populate, but this is a way where you can access the IDs for filters or any other purpose in the further modules.

I need some help with a Make/Memberstack problem that I’ve had working in the past…

I need to add a Filter to a Make Scenario to check whether a member has a certain planId in their list of Plan Connections. I use the Memberstack “Get Member” module to load the Member’s details but I can only select “Plan Connections[]” or “Plan Connections[1]” and cannot see the PlanId. I can’t remember how I managed to access and build an Array or PlanId’s in a previous Scenario, which I no longer have access to 🥲. Has anyone tackled this problem and are able to save me from hours of misery resolving this? Thanks 🙏

    Hi Marc,

Run the scenario first, then check again to see if it appears.

Hi Chukwudi, I know what you mean but it doesn’t as it’s nested Collections within the Array so it doesn’t tend to appear, unfortunately.

However, my issue isn’t that I can’t see it, it’s that I can’t remember how to build an Array of planId’s from a Member’s Plan Connections array 😞

A J You legend! This is more elegant than whatever solution I had previously. Thanks so much! 🙌
