How to fix disappearing tab fields in Webflow after publishing? Answered

Hello,

I don't understand what the problem is, I hope you can help me.

In the Webflow editor I see all the fields in each tab, but when I publish it they disappear.
What do you think is the reason?

I can not see the form once the page is published. I don't understand

Check your settings and see if you have it “hidden” instead of visible

Are you using Webflow? If so, in the designer, on the right, there are three tabs…style, settings, and interactions. Click on settings and look in the visibility section

I don’t ever use the editor, so I’m not familiar enough with how it works with hidden elements

All visible, I see it in the editor and in the preview but not in the publication.

I have tried to generate a popup from a button, when I apply the attributes from the Memberstack app, it also disappears when I publish it.

You should have included the pop up modal fact in the initial post. Are you trying to setup an interaction? If so, you problem is likely there

Hey Isaac Timon, is the form in the popup a Profile Update form? If yes, are you checking the page after logging in on the site?

If its a normal form and the issue remains, could you share a read-only link or the site link to test the issue?

There was a conflict with the field IDs and form IDs. I have corrected it but it does NOT work. I still don't see the fields.

    A J I have converted the popup into a page element: https://www.memberstack.com/webflow/profile-modal

I'm testing it from Webflow directly without any previous page, which is obviously not the right thing to do?
How exactly should I test it?

I am very grateful for your guidance.

Hey Isaac Timon, okay got it. In order to test this, you can visit your published site directly (i.e. not from webflow) and signup or login if you already have an account and then navigate to the page where you can trigger this profile modal. When you do this, ideally you should be able to see the forms with relevant fields.

A J All done I can see the form fields and works, I have change my password. Thank you very much

A J On the other hand I can't see the buttons that should be displayed when the user is logged in. One access to the profile and another to log out.

I have assigned them several times from the Memberstack app but they are not shown in the menu bar when the user is logged in.

    Any idea?

Isaac Timon, if you remove the attribute highlighted from the Buttons Row div, relevant buttons should be visible on the published site when user logs in. Hope this helps.
