Transfer Subscription from 1.0 to 2.0 - not possible (anymore)?

I activated a subscription on Memberstack 1.0 instead of 2.0 accidentally. I'm trying to transfer it, using this article but this seems outdated: there is no way (anymore) to complete this step:

Fill out the template below and send it via the support chat widget.
"1) Which plan would you like?
        YOUR_PLAN
2) Monthly or Yearly?
      MONTHLY-YEARLY
3) Have you already completed steps 1-3?
      YES-NO

Does someone have the same experience?

    Hey Maker Street 👋 It has indeed been a while since someone switched from 1.0 to 2.0, but we can help make the transition. However, please note we are not honoring 1.0 pricing anymore.

    Can you send your app ids for 1.0 and 2.0 here? It's okay to share them publicaly.

    I'll apply a credit to your account so you don't get over charged.
