Can a new member purchase multiple one-time plans in their initial sign-up/purchase transaction? Answered

I know members can be a part of multiple plans at the same time, but I'm having a hard time finding a definitive answer to my question, and I haven't been able to find an example of what this would look like in the sign up and checkout process.
So, for example—

  • User signs up and creates a login.
  • Then, out of plan A, B, and C, user selects plan A and plan C.
  • Plan A & plan C both cost $10 each.
  • User checks out in a single transaction, for the total amount of $20.

Thank you!!

    Hi Bekah,

Thank you for your question! While members can indeed be part of multiple plans, the system only supports checking out for one plan at a time. This means that if a user wants to join multiple plans, they’ll need to complete a separate checkout process for each one individually.

So in the example you provided, the user would sign up, select plan A, check out, and then go back to select plan C and complete a separate checkout for that plan.
