[Wishlist] Redirect users to a confirmation page after downgrading from paid to free plan
When I canceled a paid plan, it redirected me immediately to the redirect I had set when new accounts were created without notifying me that the account was successfully downgraded. Is there a way to redirect users who downgrade to a page that shows some text saying their account got successfully downgraded to free?

The solution today is to create a free plan called "Cancelled" and add that automatically add the free plan to the member using Plan Logic. They will lose access to the paid plan, gain access to the "Cancelled" free plan. You can set whatever redirects you need on that plan.
hi guys, are there any redirects options when a member cancel the plan, it only triggers the same on signup / on purchase trigger every time.

However, as mentioned in the comment, you can setup a Plan logic to add a free plan (created just for the cancellation use-case) that gets added when a user cancels a specific plan.
Set the redirects for that free plan to what page you want the cancelling users to redirect to and it should work.
I tested this out on my personal dummy site and it works.

Good afternoon everyone just adding memberstack in to my stack. with GHL. I have successfully created workflows for member added and plan added but something appears to be off with member cancellation workflow. has anyone else had struggles with this?

Are you listening to member plan cancelled events in the worfklow?
If yes, it should ideally work as even in integrations via Make / Zapier the plan cancelled events can be listened to and we can setup workflows there accordingly.
Can you share what issue are you facing with your project? That might give some context 🤔
