Membership Architecture Strategy
Greetings all, I am assisting in strategizing how we approach our membership program for a Martial Arts schools. We have about 15 locations and are providing curriculum videos behind gated content. We were considering combining the yearly association dues with this curriculum content and making it a yearly subscription for our members. The issues come to costs and accounts. So, each member has a set association due based on members. 1 member = 1 price. If you have 2 members = 2x price, and so on. We provide a discount at 3+ members (family). Here is where I struggle with how to set things up. Do I provide access to a family under a single account or do we require everyone to have their own account? What about children ages 7+, some without emails, some are alone as a single member, some are with parent members. Any thoughts on how we can link members with like a parent-child plan? So we know who we all have as members, where they belong and apply the appropriate level of discounts based on quantity. Thanks for noodling this with me.

Hey Joey 👋
Considering you have some members who are so young, it sounds like an honor system approach might make the most sense / be the most simple.
This way your members can share accounts and self select based on the number of people in their family. Then you could always add additional checks or "team" based pricing once that feature is fully released and you see a need.
