Filter users on one specific plan from those have no other plans Answered

Is there a way to filter users who are on one specific plan and have no other plans? e.g, users with an account but no purchases

I should add I’m talking about in the Memberstack dashboard!

Hey Steve Bliss, I am not sure if there is a straightforward way to do that via Memberstack dashboard.

Perhaps a workaround could be that whenever a user signs up on the website, by default a free plan named for e.g. "No active plan" is assigned to them which is just for internal purposes like these and once they make any purchase, you could have condition to update the paid plan instead.

This might help you to filter out the users with no purchases in the memberstack dashboard.

Thanks AJ - sadly the people who signed up for free did so just to get in the mailing list so are unlikely to sign again. We have 16k members to filter so perhaps it’s a csv job!

Perhaps Memberstack could add a ‘is it equal to’ option to the filter?

Uh oh, got it. Maybe Memberstack team will suggest some other workaround for this.

Hey Steve 👋 I would export the smallest list you can and then filter in google sheets or airtable. What do you hope to do with the list once you have it? (I ask since it might change my advice)

We’ve discovered that there is a legacy Sign-Up module hidden in the mobile view that people have been using. This doesn’t have an auto-responder etc so they have created an account but haven’t actually been told what they can do with it and never received their discount code.
