I want to create a system for managing orders in a restaurant or café, for example, where payment is made and a receipt with the order details, order number, and reservation number is printed. Is this possible? Are there any examples or templates similar to this that you have?

Yes, it could be possible... but Memberstack focuses more on users. Is more helpful for subscriptions or "plans" assigned to users. for example if you were to give your users monthly package or service, or access to paid content...
The type of ecommerce you're planning is different from a subscription based model. You'll need a module apart from the customers one, where you can handle reservation, orders, statuses, cancellations, maybe even inventory or POS integration if your orders are going to be paid on site... Technically it could be made but it will require a LOT of integrations and custom solutions.
I agree that another tool is needed here. Memberstack wasn't really intended to be used in this way. You can try, but it's likely going to be more trouble than its worth
