How to manage B2B and B2C users from different Webflow signup forms in a single MS dashboard using tags? Answered
Hi, new to memberstack and am in the process of setting it up for my webflow sites.
My business is offering variants of the same solution for both b2b users and b2c users. We need to keep them separate atm... this means we have 2 different URLs with different sign up forms, but i am trying to find a way of signing users up into the same memberstack admin system, simply with a different user category tag or equivalent to keep them separate.
Is this possible to do? How would i go about doing it?
Thanks :)

Hey Daniel Tayar-Watson, you can simply create two pages with two signup forms, you can keep as many fields same as you want and have a different field (either the user needs to select something to indicate the difference or you can use hidden fields as well which you can store in some new custom field in memberstack, if you want to know the difference in memberstack members view).
Hi A J, would this also work on pages across 2 different websites? While we better understand the product positioning we are trying to avoid each user group to finding the other site/page.
because when you install the memberstack script you install it into a website, not a page
Hey Daniel 👋 Yup, that's okay. You can install a single Memberstack script on multiple websites. Just make sure the page structures are as similar as possible. You'll only be able to set things like your default redirects once (and they will apply to both sites).
Daniel Tayar-Watson, yes you can definitely do that. +1 to what Duncan from Memberstack said.
Perfect thanks!
Hey, does anyone know how I could setup a process that my client can upload a csv of 1000 members, with different groups. Say each group contains 10-20 members, then each group he gives a password. They are then expected to change this upon login. But once he uploads that CSV all 1000 members will receive a welcome email, that contains their password?
Hey Ethan Q, I think currently this level of group wise password customization is not possible in a straightforward way.
You have options to achieve this using different approaches though.
A J Thanks man, that helps heaps 🙂
