It would be great if you could implement a simple API Endpoint where i could retrieve a list of all my plans including information about the gated Content each Plan has enabled.

Memberstack's app data now includes your plans together with your gated content groups (which plans unlock each group, plus its URLs and redirect). You can get it with getApp in the @memberstack/dom package or from the client API with your public key.
