    Hi Josef,

It's possible the verification email is landing in their spam. Yes, you can manually verify them too: Here's how to do it: https://docs.memberstack.com/hc/en-us/articles/12711212773659

Here are steps you can take to improve email deliverability and ensure that verification and welcome emails reach your members' inboxes:

    1. If you want Memberstack to send emails using your email/domain, you should complete the email verification process. This involves setting up SPF and DKIM records, which help to authenticate your emails and improve deliverability. You can start this process by following this article.
    2. Ensure that the content of your emails does not trigger spam filters. Avoid using excessive links, spammy words, or all caps, and make sure the emails provide value to the recipient.
    3. Ask your members to add your email address to their contacts or whitelist it. This can often help emails to bypass spam filters.

Hey Team, is there a way of manually sending the verification email from Memberstack?

I am more looking for a solution where the Member emails claiming that they did not receive the verification email.

The hack is to log in as them and resend email as they would.

I don't think we have such an option yet to manually send the verification email.

Users have the option to resend verification email from their end whenever they sign in to the site / when they try to access gated content. And you have the option to manually mark the member as verified from your end, by selecting the member --> Actions --> Verify Email and memberstack will mark the user as verified if needed.

Yes, that is doable, but was wondering if you wanted to that for bulk members. Resending verification email for a few via that approach should work.
