[Wishlist] Customize the design of member-facing Subdomain & SSO Apps
Hello 👋!
Is there any way to customize the design of the actual Member-facing Subdomain?
We are using a custom SSO integration and need to redirect to this subdomain for login, it would be great if we can make it a bit more visually appealing 😅
Is there a way to see the SSO apps that users “connected” too and remove these connections somehow? Not sure how oauth works, but right now there is no real way to delete that connection

Hey Chuck, at the moment it's not possible to customize the design of the subdomain.
That said, do you have any recommendations of how we can make it look better? 🙂
Short term, it will be easier for us to make adjustments vs making it completely customizable.
For your second question, nothing really gets connected when a members goes through the SSO process - so there's nothing to remove.
When you see a SSO provider allow you to remove a connection, then most of the time, that connection is allowing the platform to access the members data on demand, or use an API on their behalf, etc.
In our case, SSO doesn't grant any permissions. The only items a platform can access are the members email and name and ONLY during the SSO login process. Once the member has completed the process and that initial data has been sent, the platform can't get it again, without having the member login again.
Ah I see what you mean for the SSO, that makes sense.
For the design, I see you already offer Translations for the UI, would it not be possible to be able to add a Custom CSS box of some sort that would also modify the subdomain?
hmm possibly - however if we offer that it would have to be a use at your own risk kinda thing.
The risk there is if we change our own design or update a classname, etc, then your custom CSS could break.
For sure, it’s a risk, but I think the value of having custom CSS outweighs the risk
