Login with multiple devices Answered
Hi,
I have users complaining they are trying to login on another device and getting an error of invalid credentials.
Is it possible to login from multiple devices? (I have not disabled that option). Do you know why it would give an error of invalid credentials?

Hi Udi,
Yes, Memberstack allows users to log in from multiple devices by default.
It's likely they're signing in with the wrong credentials.
You can also tell them to clear their cache/cookies too.
I think they are using the wrong login details (probably they signed up with Capital letters and trying to log in with small letter or vice versa). I've just tested on Firefox, Brave, Opera and Chrome on my Windows 10 Laptop, and while logged in on the three browsers on my desktop, I logged in successfully on my phone on Firefox, Chrome and Brave too.
It's really difficult for me to replicate the problem as everything works fine on my end.
