  Hi everyone!

  I’m using Memberstack and I’m wondering if it’s possible to automatically upgrade a user’s subscription.

  Example: A user purchases a 6-month membership (fishing license) today. After the 6 months expire — is there a way to automatically switch them to a 12-month plan instead of just renewing the same 6-month plan?

  Hello Daniel,

  If you want the change to happen automatically, you would need to set up an automation that connects directly to Stripe. On Memberstack's side, they will only update the paid plan if the user themselves initiates and agrees to the change
