How to fix duplicate comments in Webflow and automatically upgrade a Memberstack plan after payment through Payple? Answered
Hi! I'm excited about the new comment section!! I really needed this comment section!! I appreciate it!
btw I have one issue about this. I cloned webflow and test it and I figured out even I posted 1 comment but it returns 2 comments on my site!

Good news! It appears to be working for me.
Only thing now is to change data-ms-thread-creator="first-name" to data-ms-thread-creator="name"
and
data-ms-post-creator="first-name" to data-ms-post-creator="name"
The double comment issue has been fixed
Wow I will check! Thanks a lot
I’ve checked that no more double comments! Thanks!!
I have another question that I actually don’t want ‘reply’ function here.
But when I tried to delete div block comment-reply-wrap and comment-reply-section
comment function also not working.
Could you let me know how to remove ‘reply’ function?
I appreciate it a lot !!!

For now I recommend just hiding those sections instead of deleting them. I know that will work
I’ve tried to hide these two div block comment-reply-wrap and comment-reply-section
2 issues here :
e.g. typing “안녕하세요” then the first comment appeared is “안녕하세요“(right sentence) but last character “요” appears as a second comment. (anyway double comments issue here again)
I’m sorry for asking several times but I really want to hide those reply section…! plz help me..!! Thanks!
like this (double comment issue but weird way - partial sentence)

I gave up 'hiding' reply section and deleted.
And I tried to just clone the exact version to my page and publish.
And double comment issue again...
but this time double comment issue is happening only for Korean language...
Wow! How strange!
are you clicking the button or hitting enter to submit the comment?
Click on your member in the dashboard, go to the permissions tab, and toggle on “Moderator Permission”
data-ms-post=“isModerator” will display if the creator of a particular post is a moderator.
you can also moderate comments from the dashboard community page
oh cool thanks!!! 🙂
Tyler Bell Duncan from Memberstack And this is another question : I was not sure where to ask so I’m asking to you guys.
Is there any way for this?
I will put this link to “apply the course” button…
FYI : I’m using webflow + memberstack + make(automation tool)
I'm pretty sure that if there is a easy way for this, then lots of Korean users will use memberstack and webflow for building their website..!!
Thanks!!
Hi Blob 0x 👋 Assuming payple has a Make.com integration then you could upgrade/add/remove a free plan from a member when a payment succeeds/fails.
The flow would be:
