Hey Rarecubes Studio 👋 I recommend filling out this pricing form after you spend some time with the pricing calculator

When creating pricing plans in Memberstack I cannot create free trials as per the image below. I understand that Stripe has changed the way this works in Stripe but seems like its not an option in Memberstack - what are the options

ah definitely looks like UI bug. So you won't be able to update that "NaN" value.

This has now been fixed. Thanks for reporting @Graham Ferguson

    Yep, I can't edit it.

Thanks - as an aside each of my plans have a monthly and annual component - do I need to create separate pricing plans for each of just separate pricing to account for monthly/annual?

You will have 1 price for monthly and then another price for annual.
Both can be under the same plan.

I have a client that uses webflow membership and he has over 12k users. I want to bring him to use Memberstack but there is no way to estimate the pricing above 10k users.

Who do I talk to for my client to get the best deal for him so we can migrate to Memberstack?

12k users would be $148/mo (billed monthly) or $118/mo if billed yearly.
That price supports up to 30k users.

    It's $50/mo for every additional 20k users.

Parity pricing is showing a different price to someone in a different country eg in Brazil $150 is like $750 to them, similar in India

best way to offer parity pricing with memberstack + webflow?

I can look into it a bit more, but it looks like there are some stripe apps that solve that via coupons.

    https://marketplace.stripe.com/apps/paritydeals

It should work out of the box.

I assume the above solution just presents the user with a coupon based on their location. They would copy the coupon and paste it in the stripe checkout 🙂

Hello! what is the best way to analyze which Memberstack plan is good for my business? Based on sells fees(4%, 2%, 0.9%). Thanks

Hey there! Am finding an issue with creating a price point in the plan.

Thinking about it, might be a cookie / local storage issue. Will reset everything and try again

Hey Evgenii Tilipman, that is indeed weird. I tested creating prices and it went ahead swiftly. So I was not able to replicate this issue on my end.

Although as you mentioned, I don't think there is a limit on the number of prices a plan can have, hopefully resetting couple of things does the trick 🤔
