All my Memberstack automated emails are going to junk! πŸ˜– I have followed the advice to set up own email address as the from email but ever since they all go to junk (in Apple Mail at least.)
Site is going live today! Any advice on which of these 13 reasons to try first??!!

https://postmarkapp.com/blog/why-are-my-emails-going-to-spam

Its only doing that after I changed it to my email.
Tempted to request a change back to no-reply@memberstack.ioΒ for now!

I would definitely do that - ive seen lots of issues in the past with emails going to spam and its never a fast solution

are all emails from that email going to spam, or only the ones sent by Memberstack?

Just the Memberstack ones. It is set up to use the same help@circularsoftware.com address we use for support

Try to change the copy in the email to something you have sent before that did not end up in spam - if it works, its a copy issue - otherwise maybe reach out to support

Hey Ken Jones I'm fairly experience with debugging spam issues.

I'll send you a DM, but for any folks who are following along or run into a similar problem down the road: reading the Postmark post, this list goes in order of priority - e.g. most common issues to least common. I'd guess that it's almost certainly #1 in your case given that Postmark handles almost everything else and is very good at what they do.

Just sent additional DNS settings to you Ken Jones. Adding these should help.
