Error with creating profiles via the MS social template Answered

Hi All- has anyone tried creating profiles via the social template tutorial by memberstack? I had a Make flow working, but then received notice from Make saying it was deactivated due to an 'error.' When the flow tries to create a new item in webflow, it now returns a 400 Validation error/ Webflow origin. Any help very much appreciated 🙏

    A few possible causes,

    1. make sure to go to your connections page and verify the Webflow connection (sometimes they disconnect randomly)
    2. if you changed field names in a CMS or changed the CMS structure, make sure refresh the module in make so it’s updated with the new Webflow cms structure.
    3. try to publish the Webflow website again from the designer

Thanks for the reply, Shadi. Unfortunately tried those 3, no luck thus far. The flow watches for member update-->update item --> (error handling if new member, sends it to Create an item) & that's where the problem seems to be. If it's an existing member updating, the flow work & routes as it should.

Also tried a new scenario just to 'create a new item,' acting as a new user, with no CMS record- same issue. However if the user does exist in CMS collection & I run that same test, it'll 'create an item'

Shame none of those were the culprit.

Would the create item module happen to be a V1 module? I’ve had some issues with the V1 create item module on some scenarios, but not others. That made me have to switch to a V2 module, come to think of it, oddly enough that was also in a scenario with a “watch member update” memberstack module

Unfortunately without seeing the scenario I won’t be of much more help 😅

I'm working with the free Make plan at the moment, is that part of the issue potentially? Ie missing access to additional modules?

I highly doubt that to be the cause.
If your Webflow modules don’t have a green arrow on them then they’re the V2 modules :)

Just sharing, whether helpful or not, a screenshot:

Could you share both error notices too? :)

Update an item reroutes because error is lack of item ID. This is 'Create an item' error message

I think the issue may be your url?
Give it a try with lowercase URL’s maybe.
Is the only part of the error notice “400: validation error” or is there more above it?

    That actually worked, going lowercase
